Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Lead, instruct and support employees in the mechanics department

• Monitor the team’s production orders and set priorities in consultation with the production manager

• Complete production orders promptly and accurately

• Operate on more complex orders with CNC support (Heidenhain machining centre / lathe - Manual Plus)

• Work with CAD system Solidworks

• Maintain and keep the machine park and workshop clean

• Carry out service and repair work on hydraulic construction machinery attachments

• Supervise apprentices including recruiting new trainees

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Experience in apprentice supervision

• Experience with construction machinery / construction

• Enjoy working independently

• Good team player with a friendly and collegial manner

• Planning skills

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Good physical condition

• Driving licence category B and possibly BE

• Age between 25-55 years
