What you can achieve
- Operate, control, monitor, and maintain ICT services for operational use in heterogeneous environments
- Collaborate in the following ICT services: Hyper Converged Environment (HPE Simplivity), Monitoring (Dynatrace), Backup (Veeam), Active Directory (Windows) PKI, Log Management (VMware)
- Operational tasks within a highly secure IT infrastructure, including creating and managing users and groups, handling support tickets, and provisioning servers.
- Checking backups, renewing certificates, and ensuring smooth IT operations through a variety of other administrative activities.
- Participation in IT projects
What you bring with you
- Degree in Computer Science FH/HF or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in operating & further developing IT infrastructure services and understanding the dependencies between the various components within a large IT infrastructure
- Very good knowledge of server virtualization as well as Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025), AD, DHCP, DNS.
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization products
- Solid network knowledge (Switch, Firewall)
- You have excellent German (spoken and written) and technical English skills
- Our IT landscape is subject to high security requirements, so security-oriented thinking and acting is essential for this position.
- Self-organization, customer- and solution-oriented, team player who accepts challenges, coordinates them, and follows through to completion
