We offer you
- Professional and operational management of the Richterswil branch
- Personnel and professional leadership of the branch with 5 specialists
- Operational management of the branch with up to 50 employees at adapted workplaces and participants
- Revenue and cost responsibility for the branch
- 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
- 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days
- 70% of pension fund benefits covered by ESPAS
What you bring with you
- Solid basic training in the pedagogical or social field
- Proven leadership experience
- Good knowledge of the labor market and its requirements
