Project Manager Timber Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 100,000Our client is an established company in the field of construction supplies and interior finishing. The company develops and produces high-quality solutions for demanding construction projects and supports its customers from planning to implementation. Quality, precision and a strong customer focus are central to their work.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible for independently managing technical projects in interior finishing. You coordinate all project phases and ensure timely and economical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from technical clarification to project completion
Conduct on-site surveys and prepare project documentation
Continuously monitor costs, deadlines and execution quality
Coordinate project workflows with production, assembly and sales
Align technical requirements with customers and internal departments
Prepare project-related documentation and billing
Identify and implement optimisation potentials during the project
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in timber construction, interior finishing or a comparable profession
Professional experience in managing or coordinating construction projects
Structured and independent working style
Organisational skills and technical understanding
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluent German language skills
