As Head of Pension and Bancassurance, you will lead, organise and supervise all administrative, financial and regulatory activities of the LP and EP3 Foundations. You will ensure legal compliance (LPP, LFLP) while optimising the quality of services provided to insured persons and partners.
Your responsibilities
- Operational management: Oversee the maintenance of vested benefits accounts and the processing of benefits (payments, transfers, early withdrawals for home ownership or departure abroad).
- Compliance and legal: Ensure strict application of federal laws (LPP, LFLP, OPP 2, OPP3) and adapt regulations to legal developments.
- Financial management: Monitor the investment policy of the Foundations in collaboration with the Foundation Board and asset managers.
- Partner relations: Act as the main contact for the supervisory authority (CHSPP), auditors, partner banks, institutional clients and BCGE employees.
- Management: Lead, motivate and develop the administrative and technical team of the Foundations.
Your profile
- University degree (Law, Economics), Federal diploma as a specialist in social insurance or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Swiss occupational pension provision (2nd/3rd pillars), ideally in the specific field of vested benefits and 3A pension provision.
- Proven expertise in pension law (LFLP/LPP/OPP3) and strong financial knowledge.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in German or English is a major asset.
