We are looking for an interior decoration sewer (80-100%) for our headquarters in Langenthal, Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Manufacturing of textile curtains such as panel curtains, gathered curtains, and roller blinds according to specified specifications and requirements
• Mounting fabrics onto the respective gathering system
• Assisting in the manufacturing of slats according to work instructions and specifications
• Making and assembling acoustic panels
• Careful execution of quality control to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, inspecting, and assessing returns (complaints, changes)
• Ensuring the availability of production materials
• Participating in internal tests and projects to further develop our products and processes
• Supporting the updating of relevant documents in the integrated management system
• Responsibility for weekly detailed planning within the production area

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the textile, craft, or industrial sector (e.g., textile confectioner, sewer)
• Professional experience in the manufacturing of textile products or handling technical textiles is an advantage
• Precise, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Experience with industrial sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment is desirable
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to actively participate in internal projects and process optimizations
