Role:
In this role as a fiduciary clerk, you work as an interdisciplinary consultant and sparring partner for clients. You analyse their issues, prepare decision-making bases, and support them in fulfilling their financial and administrative obligations. You actively contribute to a versatile and dynamic working environment and help shape processes and solutions. You use your professional expertise to present complex matters clearly and enable sustainable solutions. In your daily work, you combine analytical thinking with customer-oriented action, thus contributing to professional client care.
Responsibilities:
- You independently handle payroll and financial accounting
- In this role, you prepare withholding tax, social security, and VAT statements
- As a fiduciary clerk, you prepare interim and annual financial statements
- You process tax returns for natural and legal persons
- In this role, you support the client managers in administrative matters
- As a fiduciary clerk, you take on internal duties such as customer reception, mail handling, and materials management
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training in fiduciary EFZ or have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the fiduciary field
- You are highly service-oriented, flexible, and show noticeable commitment in the team as well as in contact with clients
- You work independently, precisely, and reliably
- You have perseverance and a pragmatic working style, even in hectic phases
- You maintain your structured and careful working style even in quieter times
- You place great value on close customer relationships and communicate with your contacts on an equal footing
