Seasonal Head Waiter for our various points of sale (M/F)Work location: Lausanne OuchyStart date: Various fixed-term positions are available from mid-March at the earliest until the end of October at the latest.Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Perform breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Prepare all setups for service
- Clear tables on the floors
- Set up and serve
- Organize and control the cleaning of equipment and work areas
Profile sought
- You have a diploma in hospitality and catering (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
- You have significant first experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel.
- You speak fluent French and English; a third language is a plus.
- You are comfortable with common computer tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
- You are organized, dynamic, with an excellent eye for detail and a strong team spirit.
- Elegant and professional by nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
