Scheduler: Aircraft Cleaning 100%- You are responsible for planning personnel deployment (aircraft cleaning) for operational staff, group leaders, troubleshooters and operational management, taking into account shift planning and its legal requirements
- Ensuring a balanced and needs-based deployment of personnel
- You maintain and update all deployment changes in the internal system Time@ISS
- Creating daily deployment plans for operational activities is also part of your duties
- Organising replacement staff for short-term absences as well as coordinating and managing holiday planning including updating holiday changes are part of your daily business
- Monitoring and requesting medical certificates for employee absences as well as checking and documenting sickness and accident absences
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial field
- You have several years of professional experience in scheduling in an international environment
- For this position, you possess proficient IT skills, especially with various Microsoft Office programmes (particularly Excel)
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills (advantageous)
- You hold a category B driving licence and also bring a high degree of flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
- You appreciate working with people from diverse cultures and are accustomed to a reliable and proactive working style
- You have a clean criminal record (extract from the criminal register)
