The Stiftung Wohnen im Alter Hinwil offers accommodation for 90 people in need of care and elderly individuals. In four departments, spread across two houses, as well as 29 retirement apartments partly with services, we commit ourselves daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.
For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious person by arrangement as
Department Head Nursing and Care 80 - 100%
Your main tasks:
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of the entire nursing area, consisting of 5 nursing teams and pool, in close cooperation with the co-management and assistant nursing & care
- Ensuring nursing quality taking into account legal, quality-relevant and economic aspects
- Personnel development in nursing service, strengthening the corporate culture
- Occupancy management
- Contact person for relatives, suppliers, referrers etc.
- Creating and implementing concepts in the nursing area
- Responsibility for personnel and material budget
- You actively participate at the strategic level with the management
- Ensuring demand-oriented personnel deployment planning and optimal resource control
Your profile:
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH with several years of professional experience, preferably in acute and long-term care
- At least 2 years of leadership experience at the level of deputy nursing service management or nursing service management
- Familiar with quality management
- Good knowledge of the systems RAI LTCF and CareCoach is an advantage
- With your flair for nursing management, you maintain an overall view, have a trained eye for optimisation potential and develop the area professionally and sustainably
- You have a respectful and benevolent attitude towards all stakeholders and lead consistently yet leniently
