Head of HR

About the job

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the HR department and further develop our people strategy in line with our growth trajectory
• You develop new and expand existing HR processes, structures, and systems that scale with us
• You manage HR controlling, key figures, reporting, and budget processes
• You drive employer branding and recruiting strategy forward to ensure we continue to position ourselves as a top employer in the highly competitive IT job market
• You promote the AI skill shift by enabling our employees to naturally integrate AI into their daily work and embed a culture of continuous learning
• You actively shape our culture, including topics such as further training and career models (specialist vs. management career paths)
• You are a sparring partner and contact person for the management and executives on all personnel-related and labour law matters
• You are part of the Corporate Centre and work closely with Finance, Marketing, and the management
• You keep an eye on labour law, regulatory, and compliance issues and find solutions

• Solid HR training and at least 5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a high-growth, technology-driven, or consultancy-related environment
• Extensive experience in building and further developing HR structures in a dynamic, agile environment
• Leadership personality with experience in leading and developing HR teams
• Sense for the needs of IT professionals and understanding of the challenges in recruiting in a market with a high shortage of skilled workers
• Proficient handling of HR metrics, MS Office, and ERP systems; ideally Abacus
• Confident (Swiss) German and English language skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and the ability to act both strategically and operationally
• Curious, open, and humorous personality who enjoys working in an incredibly great team
