Team and Responsibilities
Master the numbers. Take ownership. Shape the future.
International growth means increasing complexity – and this is exactly where Finance sets the framework for stability and scalability.
With the further expansion of BLACKROLL, our financial structures, intercompany processes, and control mechanisms are continuously evolving. For this, we are looking for a personality who not only accompanies but actively shapes.
As a structured, responsible personality and valued member of our Finance team, you take on the accounting responsibility for our international companies, confidently manage transfer pricing and intercompany topics, and actively develop our reporting and control structures.
You take responsibility – not only for numbers but for stability, transparency, and scalability in an international context.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You manage the accounting of international subsidiaries and are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- You participate in transfer pricing processes as well as intercompany reconciliations and ensure clean group-wide reconciliations.
- You support consolidation and cross-group reconciliations. You actively work on the transition to proper auditing and further develop the Internal Control System (ICS).
- You conduct controls regarding accounts, cost centers, and shop bookings and ensure transparency and traceability.
- You support VAT topics in coordination with external partners.
- You manage expense, credit card, cash, and event accounting. You participate in insurance and administrative finance topics.
- You act as a deputy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other operational finance processes.
Your Profile
- You have a solid education in finance and accounting (e.g., accounting clerk) or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in accounting – ideally in the environment of multiple companies.
- You work structured, precise, and with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- You have a confident understanding of accounting and VAT processes.
- You have good English skills (at least B2) and can communicate confidently in an international context.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing processes.
- Preferably, you have participated in projects in the area of Internal Control System (ICS) or audit preparations.
