What we can offer you

• During your three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas: e.g. HR (Human Resources), Marketing & Communication, IT, Finance and Service Operations.
• Your first year of apprenticeship starts in HR. Here you will get to know the entire personnel department and at the same time gain insight into how Medgate is structured and how the different areas interact.
• During your assignments, you will support daily business and take on your own tasks.
• In addition, you will work on projects and gradually take on more responsibility.
• You will work with digital tools and AI, which are already part of various work processes at Medgate today.
• At Medgate, we work hybrid. This way, you will also learn how teams collaborate digitally when colleagues work from different locations.

Your profile

• You enjoy learning new things, ask questions and want to develop further.
• You like to get stuck in and do not wait for every step to be given to you.
• You are reliable, careful and independent.
• You enjoy working with people and are open and communicative.
• You have an interest in digital topics and enjoy working on the computer.
• You have successfully completed compulsory schooling.
• You have very good German skills and good English school knowledge so that you can also communicate with foreign-language colleagues; further knowledge of the Swiss national languages is also welcome but not mandatory.
