Construction Machinery Mechanic with Focus on Mini Excavators, Wheeled Dumpers and Special Conversions - Workshop New Assembly Langenthal
(80% - 100%)
You are passionate about fresh technology, love construction machinery that hums with diesel, power and precision – and your eyes light up when a new machine rolls off the yard ready for deployment? Then you are exactly right with us.
Your mission
- You bring brand-new Caterpillar machines up to scratch – from the first check to the last screw.
- You carry out the incoming inspection and test whether everything runs smoothly.
- Customer requests? No problem. You install special equipment, adapt attachments and ensure everything fits perfectly.
- You configure software, make technology communicate and document your conversions clearly and comprehensibly.
Your background
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, car or truck mechanic EFZ – or something comparable in your toolbox.
- Electricity and hydraulics are not bogeymen for you, but exciting systems.
- You work solution-oriented, reliably and with attention to detail – even when things get urgent.
- You are familiar with MS Office and ideally have already worked with machine software.
- A little knowledge of English would also be good, because unfortunately our Caterpillar tools do not speak German.
- You are a team player with technical sensitivity, enthusiasm for large machines – and the necessary passion to do things really well.
Our offer
- A thorough introduction, modern infrastructure and a team that welcomes you with open arms.
- A varied task with a lot of personal responsibility – and the chance to inspire our customers daily.
- Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and leadership at eye level – leadership as you wish it.
- Two internal training courses per year as well as individual development opportunities.
- 13 monthly salaries, 40-hour week, at least 25 days holiday – plus attractive employee discounts.
- Direct feedback culture, honest interaction and a team spirit where you not only work but also laugh.
