Your tasks:

You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
Preparation of dishes at various stations
Mise en place for daily operations
Goods receipt control
Daily cleaning tasks including compliance with and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

Your profile:

Experience in gastronomy desired, but not a prerequisite
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
Keep an overview in stressful situations
Resilient, team player and quick comprehension
Very good knowledge of German
Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
