Main Tasks

Programming milled parts using CAM (SolidCam)
Independent setup of milling machines (5-axis, 3+2 axes)
Self-directed production of individual parts or small series
Self-inspection of manufactured parts according to quality specifications
Continuous optimisation of programmes and work processes

Qualifications

Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic or polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
CAD/CAM knowledge (SolidCam or others)
Control knowledge in milling (Fanuc/Heidenhain)
Precise and structured working method
Solution-oriented thinking and acting
