- A completed master's degree in Nursing Science (MNS/MScN) or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in leadership and management (e.g., MAS in Health Care Management or equivalent).
- Several years of leadership experience at senior management level in psychiatric – psychotherapeutic treatment and care – ideally with insight into outpatient, inpatient, and intermediate structures.
- Proven success in practice development and change projects, where you have demonstrated your integrative leadership and leadership qualities.
- A solid understanding of psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care as well as interprofessional collaboration and processes.
- Good knowledge and networking of the Swiss education landscape as well as the most important national organizations in Switzerland dealing with nursing development and nursing science. A strong professional network in the Swiss healthcare system, especially in the psychiatric context.
