• Lead, promote, inspire: You lead the departments of nursing, therapies, and social work and drive their continuous development – from promoting young talent to professional and leadership development.
• Quality with attitude: You ensure standards in nursing, prevention, family work, and care, review quality processes, and ensure professional, effective developments and structures.
• Take responsibility: You bear the budget responsibility of your directorate and actively participate in the economic management of your areas.
• Network and represent: You build bridges – internally across all locations as well as externally to partners, institutions, and professional committees at the cantonal and national level.
• You are willing to regularly travel between the various locations of psychiatry in the canton of St. Gallen.

• A completed master's degree in Nursing Science (MNS/MScN) or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in leadership and management (e.g., MAS in Health Care Management or equivalent).
• Several years of leadership experience at senior management level in psychiatric – psychotherapeutic treatment and care – ideally with insight into outpatient, inpatient, and intermediate structures.
• Proven success in practice development and change projects, where you have demonstrated your integrative leadership and leadership qualities.
• A solid understanding of psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care as well as interprofessional collaboration and processes.
• Good knowledge and networking of the Swiss education landscape as well as the most important national organizations in Switzerland dealing with nursing development and nursing science. A strong professional network in the Swiss healthcare system, especially in the psychiatric context.
