Quality Control Employee 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Preparation and execution of quality checks and sample tests including evaluation, documentation and discussion of measurement results.

• Conducting the final quality control before product release or shipment to our customers.

• Inspection of products during the production process regarding optical and physical quality characteristics.

• Initiation of an immediate production stop if defined quality tolerances are exceeded.

• Execution and documentation of raw material incoming inspection.

• Conducting microbiological controls as well as assessment and documentation of results from equipment and products.

• Creation and maintenance of cleaning documentation as well as management of cleaning materials.

• Maintenance, monitoring and servicing of testing and measuring equipment as well as management of the MaintMaster system.

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our quality processes.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical, mechanical or scientific training (e.g. food technologist, laboratory technician, plastics technologist) or a comparable qualification.

• Solid experience in industrial quality control, hygiene, microbiology, metrology or laboratory environment.

• Good knowledge of common quality standards (e.g. BRCGS, ISO 9001 or GMP for Pharma/Food and Microbiology).

• Confident handling of test plans, specifications and measuring instruments.

• Routine in using MS Office.

• Personal and methodological skills, team player, resilient.

• Precise, structured and detail-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.

• Objective and assertive behaviour regarding quality defects towards production.

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage.
