About the job
To support our medical team at the Center for Addiction Diseases at the Baden location, we are looking for a successor for our outpatient area. We meet the requirements of category A for two years, and you can complete the entire time with us focusing on addiction diseases. The PDAG supports specialist training with a budget of CHF 6,000 and 20 training days per calendar year at a 100% workload.
Available immediately or by arrangement, we offer a position as
Tasks
- Independent psychiatric diagnosis and treatment of patients from the spectrum of adult psychiatry with a focus on addiction diseases. Senior physician support is provided
- Independent preparation of medical reports and documentation
- Preparation of civil law expert opinions under senior medical supervision
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external organizations as well as private practitioners
- On certain weekend days during the day, participation in the consultation service in the hospitals of the canton (on-call service) or in the emergency service at the Center for Integrated Emergency Psychiatry and Crisis Intervention
Profile
Swiss medical diploma or foreign diploma in human medicine recognized by MEBEKO
- Native German speaker or very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at language level C1
- Professional experience in psychiatry/psychotherapy or somatics is an advantage but not a requirement
- Interest in treating people with addiction diseases including comorbid mental illnesses
- Resilience, communication skills as well as team orientation and a deep interest in the rapidly developing discipline of psychiatry and psychotherapy
