You take on the professional responsibility for our finance department and report directly to management. You get stuck in yourself and at the same time bring ideas and suggestions with which we as a company can improve.
Together with your two team members in the finance team, you keep the department running. You cover for each other, so payroll accounting should not be completely foreign to you either.

Your tasks:

You manage the financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general and subsidiary ledgers) and bring real routine to it.
You ensure liquidity, budgeting and clean payment transactions and prepare sound decision-making bases for investment matters for management.
You continuously expand our reporting, create analyses and forecasts and bring concrete proposals for cost optimisation if you see potential.
As a sparring partner for management, you contribute your perspective on financial issues and thus help Planeco to continuously develop as a subsidiary of IWB. Depending on requirements, you can take on additional topics such as projects, treasury or personal insurances such as BVG.

What distinguishes you:

You have completed further training in the finance sector (specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary with a federal diploma or equivalent) and have several years of practical experience in accounting and reporting. Furthermore, you are confident in day-to-day business and do not need instructions for it. You have very good Excel skills and experience with accounting tools (currently we work with Bexio). You have a genuine IT affinity and digital processes and new tools do not scare you but bring you joy. It is very important to us that you are not too proud to do the simpler tasks, at the same time you think ahead and want to strategically advance the company. You have a real can-do attitude. With your positive basic attitude, you succeed in bringing others along.
