Application Manager E-Business (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Monitoring of ongoing application operations as well as communication of disruptions and planned interruptions to users
• Consulting and supporting users in application and process handling (2nd level support)
• Creation of customer-specific evaluations and statistics
• Training of estimators, key users, and product managers in handling the web platforms
• Coordination between application users and IT departments
• Further development of interfaces between applications for process optimization (SAP, Lobster, PIM, webshop, CMS)
• Management of further development projects in the webshop and CMS environment (platforms) with specialties from Trackmaster and warehouse solutions for our customers
• Management of further developments of the digital tendering platform eDEVIS
• Development of software specifications, testing, and rollout of releases within the SCRUM project methodology in Jira
• Coordination between application users and IT departments

Your qualifications

• A completed degree (FH/University, Bachelor/Master, higher technical school HF) in business informatics or business administration, or an equivalent education with at least three years of professional experience in the e-business/webshop environment
• Proven experience in the CMS/PIM/webshop environment
• Competence in creating specifications (requirement engineering) as well as conducting test procedures and approvals in software development
• At least two successfully completed projects as part/project manager in the e-business environment
• Solid technical understanding of cross-application process landscapes and architectures
• Profound knowledge of agile project methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with project management tools such as DevOps or Jira
• Analytical and structured personality with excellent communication and assertiveness skills
