Designer / Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Professional design and development of innovative sheet metal components and assemblies
- Conceptualization, management, and implementation of constructive engineering projects
- Responsibility for the project execution of new products – from customer requirements to series production
- Creation of all relevant design and project documents, including scheduling, coordination, and progress monitoring of your own projects
- Active and professional communication with customers and suppliers
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as manufacturing, purchasing, production technology, production planning, and sales
- Implementation of optimization and improvement measures within the framework of the KVP process
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training with further education as a technician HF or comparable professional experience in product development, ideally complemented by business management training
- Strong interest in industrial product development and technical project management
- Enthusiasm and passion for technology, business management, and project management
- Communicative personality with a strong sense of duty and enjoyment in contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Negotiation-safe German language skills, ideally complemented by good English skills
- Organizational talent with a goal-oriented, independent, and structured, precise working style
- Professional experience in the sheet metal processing industry is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in development and design with 3D CAD systems
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Personal strengths such as motivation ability, persuasiveness, analytical and networked thinking
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
