Team Leader Logistics & Transport (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this role, you take on the operational management of logistics and transport processes at a production site.

You lead the team in the areas of warehousing, internal goods flow, scheduling as well as national and international shipping, ensuring a smooth process.

Additionally, you plan shifts and resources, continuously optimise processes, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and deadline requirements. Active participation in occupational safety is also part of the role.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in the logistics sector or a comparable basic education, ideally supplemented by further training.

• You bring experience in logistics as well as initial or solid leadership experience and are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office.

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and actively pitch in. Communication is your strength, and you take responsibility with a pragmatic hands-on mentality. Willingness for occasional shift work is present.
