CNC Setter Mechanic Milling & Turning (M/F)

As part of the development of our production activities, we are looking for a CNC Setter Mechanic Milling & Turning (M/F) to strengthen our machining teams within a renowned watchmaking house.
You will work in a high-precision environment where quality, performance and continuous improvement are at the heart of our requirements.
Your tasks
- Carry out adjustments, start-ups and series changes on CNC machining centres for turning and milling.
- Ensure the start and monitoring of production in compliance with watchmaking quality standards.
- Guarantee the conformity of components through dimensional and aesthetic controls.
- Make necessary corrections to ensure the stability of machining processes.
- Optimise production times and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with quality, industrialisation and maintenance teams.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse non-conformities and propose improvement solutions.
- Ensure the proper functioning of automated production means.
- Contribute to achieving quality, productivity and deadline objectives.
Your profile
Education
- Federal VET Diploma as Production Mechanic, Polymechanic or equivalent training.
Experience
- Proven experience in CNC setting.
- Essential experience in precision machining.
- Experience in the watchmaking environment highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of CNC turning and CNC milling.
- Experience in medium to large series production.
