What is my role?

• Painting vehicles according to the specific requirements and standards of the company.

• Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, filling, priming, and other preparatory measures.

• Applying various painting techniques, including spray painting, airbrushing, and colour mixing, to ensure a uniform and professional finish.

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental protection regulations during the painting process.

• Inspecting and evaluating painting results to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintaining and cleaning painting tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as the bodywork department, to ensure a smooth painting process.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a car painter or a comparable qualification.

• Proven experience in car painting, ideally in a professional environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of paint materials, techniques, and applications.

• Ability to work precisely and with attention to detail to achieve high-quality results.

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities.

• Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new technologies and procedures in painting technology.
