High-quality psychiatric care primarily requires competent and committed employees. Tasks
Your apprenticeship In the training to become a Childcare Specialist, you care for and accompany children aged 3 months to 6 years in their daily routine. You learn to care for the children, accompany them and promote their development in an age-appropriate manner. You help to organise the daily schedule and support the team with household management. You treat the children lovingly and empathetically and include them. You pass on special observations to the specialists in your team.
