Servicedesk Coordinator & Vocational Trainer (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- Coordination of the helpdesk
- Vocational trainer for our IT apprentices
- User support and operation of the internal IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network)
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution
- Creating and maintaining IT infrastructure documentation
- Escalation management for business-critical faults
- Collaboration in operational activities together with other internal IT staff
Your profile
- You have vocational training in IT or an equivalent education or further training
- Further training and experience as a vocational trainer
- You are an organisational talent with a structured way of working
- Experience in IT infrastructure support and customer service
- Service-oriented team player with initiative
- German as a native language and good English skills
- Independent and precise working style
