About the job
As a Product Conformity Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the conformity and safety of our products throughout their lifecycle. With your expertise in machine safety and regulations, you support project teams in defining compliant and sustainable solutions. Through your role as a reference and coordinator, you contribute to risk management, the standardisation of our practices, and the excellence of our achievements.
Your main activities
- Ensure the conformity of products, projects, and equipment with applicable regulations and Mikron safety standards.
- Define, maintain, and promote methodologies, standards, and best practices in machine safety.
- Monitor regulatory and normative developments to guarantee the ongoing conformity of our solutions.
- Provide expertise during the design and implementation of projects, particularly for safety concepts, risk analyses, and conformity assessments.
- Develop and promote standardised and reusable safety solutions across the company.
- Coordinate machine safety activities between different professions, internal teams, and external partners.
- Lead the technical group "CE Certification & Safety" and ensure the sharing of knowledge and regulatory updates.
- Train and support employees to develop skills in machine safety and product conformity.

Your profile
- Higher education (HES, EPF or equivalent) in engineering, ideally specialised in machine safety or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and methods related to machine safety and product conformity.
- Knowledge of automation; industrial cybersecurity is an asset.
- Experience in risk analyses and conformity assessment.
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
- Analytical mindset, solution orientation, and interest in industrial technologies.
