Cook EFZ 70-90% (m/f/d) Production Kitchen / Bistro Esswerk
The production kitchen produces and delivers menus, snacks, salads, soups, and baked goods made using the cook and chill method according to its own concept. Our Bistro EssWerk as well as external staff restaurants, canteens, and restaurants are the recipients.
In the Bistro EssWerk or the outdoor bistro, employees, professionals, and external visitors are provided with hot dishes, snacks, salads, soups, and baked goods according to our own concept. The food is freshly prepared by the production kitchen and served and portioned in the Bistro EssWerk or the outdoor bistro. Currently, around 70 meals are sold daily.
To support our dedicated team, we are looking for a professional by agreement as
- Co-responsibility for all operational processes in the kitchen
- Collaboration in planning and organizing meal production according to our food concept
- Guidance of our employees with performance impairments at work as well as their individual and targeted promotion through support from specialists
- Responsibility for the well-being and care of our restaurant guests, together with the employees
- Cooking is your passion!
- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Customer-oriented work and high quality and service awareness
- Good PC user skills, very good oral and written expression in German
- You are a team player and enjoy guest contact
- Experience and/or training in work pedagogy is a plus
- Responsible task with personal development opportunities
- Mostly daytime operation without evening and weekend shifts
