Work location: Zurich or Lausanne.

What can you expect?

• You are the business card of our collective foundation and ensure a friendly and professional telephone reception for our clients.
• You handle telephone and written inquiries from our insured persons.
• You implement business cases from the pension fund everyday life, such as changes in civil status, portability benefits, or divorces, create calculations, and formulate needs-based correspondence.
• You actively engage in a small, collegial, and friendly team.

What do you bring?

• French language skills at a native level.
• Good to very good German language skills.
• You enjoy proactive customer contact and have a winning demeanor.
• Initial experience in a pension fund is an advantage.
