About the job
You work 100% from your base in Réchy, with an assigned service vehicle and an intervention area extending from Gletsch to Montreux
What the position offers you
- You independently handle the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of washing machines and tumble dryers directly at our customers’ premises, within an area close to your home. Each day brings its own new challenges
- You prepare reliable repair quotes and judiciously assess when a repair is appropriate or when replacement is the best solution
- You advise customers on the use, maintenance and connection options of the appliances, taking the time to answer their questions
- You document your interventions digitally via a tablet (service reports, daily closures, quotes) thoroughly, accurately and on time.
- You communicate daily with your team and the service centre and stay informed about technical developments and industry news
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training in a manual or electrotechnical profession (CFC or AFP), ideally as an electrical installer, electronics technician or in a comparable profession
- You have good knowledge of electrotechnics and approach problems methodically, confidently and pragmatically. NIV 15 training is an asset or you are willing to obtain it with us
- You enjoy customer contact and can explain technical topics simply and understandably
- You work independently and reliably, even when the workload is high
- You are in good physical condition and comfortable with demanding interventions
- You communicate easily in German and French; any other language is an advantage
- You hold a category B driving licence
