TILER (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Laying tiles on walls and floors
• Analysing the surface to be covered: taking measurements, assessing the condition of surfaces and defining preliminary work to be done, calculating the materials needed, the quantity of tiles and tesserae, the patterns that can be created (estimate of the quote)
• Removing previous coverings, levelling surfaces, applying underlay materials such as adhesives and cement using notched trowels and floats
• Cutting tiles, an operation carried out with manual or bench machine tools (tile cutters, cutters, saws)
• Sealing the joints between tiles, cleaning the work area

Requirements

• Experience in the construction field regarding tile laying and coverings
• Proven experience on construction sites, able to use machinery and tools necessary for the required activities
• Manual skills and willingness
• Speed, initiative, order, discipline, and motivation
• Excellent command of the Italian language
