What is my role?

MAIN TASKS

For our modern production, we are looking for committed and knowledgeable reinforcement. The following activities are part of your main tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production plants as well as ensuring their operational readiness

• Immediate troubleshooting within your own competencies or immediate notification of the supervisor

• Responsibility for compliance with safety regulations, immediate reaction to safety-relevant deviations, correct application of self-inspection and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations

• Operation of the production data acquisition system (BDE)

• Carrying out periodic maintenance work according to checklist (TPM)

• Consistent application of internal recycling regulations

What do I need to be successful?

PROFILE

You have completed training as a Plant Operator EFZ and have several years of professional experience in production. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)

• High flexibility regarding work assignments, as you will be working in a 3-shift system

• Possession of a car or residence in the vicinity of Jona

• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork skills as well as high independence and initiative
