Transmission Tester (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Setting up, assembling and aligning large transmissions on test benches including mechanical and hydraulic connections
• Carrying out type tests and series approvals as well as noise and vibration measurements according to defined load collectives
• Monitoring and documenting measured values such as temperature, vibration, torque and pressure
• Maintenance and servicing of test bench equipment as well as the measurement technology used
• Assembly of individual components as part of transmission assembly
• Thermal joining of bearings as well as assembly of tapered press fits
• Assembly and adjustment of bearing units and drive units
• Participation in optimisations in the testing and assembly process

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineer, polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician or agricultural machinery mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
• High technical understanding and enjoyment of precise work
• Good PC user skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team-oriented, committed and responsible personality
