In the Center of Excellence (CoE) for limited audits, you are part of a dynamic, international team and support companies from a variety of industries and sizes. You quickly take on responsibility, gain versatile experience and thus lay a strong foundation for your further career.

What awaits you – taking responsibility, supporting clients and sharing knowledge

• You take on a key role and manage a diverse client portfolio from various industries.
• As a trusted and competent contact person, you support your clients with questions regarding accounting and bookkeeping and work closely with the responsible lead auditor (partner).
• You gain deep insights into the business models and risks of our clients and develop risk-oriented audit approaches with real added value.
• You largely take independent responsibility for the planning, execution and quality assurance of limited audits.
• As a coach and sparring partner, you promote the professional and personal development of our assistants and actively contribute to the success of the team.
• You work in a collegial environment with short decision-making paths, where collaboration, knowledge exchange and mutual support are lived.
• At the same time, you continuously expand your expertise through targeted training and practical on-the-job training.

What you bring – expertise, personality and organisational skills

• Several years of professional experience in auditing, fiduciary services or accounting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or business administration or a comparable further education in finance and accounting (e.g. certified specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma).
• Experience with limited audits as well as in supporting SME clients is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting law (OR) and interest in audit and assurance services.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage.
• Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as a confident and professional manner.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• The motivation to take responsibility and to promote young talents.
• Team spirit, organisational skills and a strong service orientation.
