Carpenter for Site Management in Façade Construction

• Planning and managing installation processes on construction sites including all necessary facilities
• Monitoring compliance with work and construction schedules throughout the project
• Ensuring timely provision of materials, components, as well as operational and auxiliary equipment
• Controlling schedule, cost, quality, and quantity parameters
• Organising and leading subcontractors on site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection

• Completed vocational training in metal or structural engineering
• Several years of experience in site management of façade projects
• Professional expertise in façade construction and ideally leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented working
• Confident communication skills with various interlocutors and fluent German language skills

• Flexible working hours based on an annual working time model with flexitime
