To strengthen our team in the Visual department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (m/f/d), 100%, at the Aarau location from 01.10.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You support the planning and coordination of visual concepts in the areas of Non-Food, supermarket and restaurant.
- You successfully implement visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the shop windows (including lighting).
- You independently carry out conversions, events and projects.
- You regularly conduct quality checks to ensure the implementation of visual merchandising (price labelling etc.).
- You are responsible for managing the ordering system for visual materials.
- You support the Visual Manager in the personnel management of the visual team.
- You supervise apprentices in their training as 3D poly designers.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training as a decoration designer EFZ or as a 3D poly designer EFZ.
- You have successfully completed the trainer course.
- You have an affinity for fashion and know the latest trends.
- You have a very good spatial imagination.
- You possess good manual skills and have a hands-on mentality.
- You bring a good understanding of colours and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and are familiar with all common office applications.
- You have a quick grasp, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
