Become part of our team as
Co-Team Leader Legal 80 - 100 %
Actively shape the future of our Legal department in the newly created role as Co-Team Leader Legal Compensation Fund / Disability Insurance (DI).
Together with the Co-Team Leader Compensation Fund / DI, you will merge the two existing legal teams of the Compensation Fund and the DI into one team. Furthermore, you support the team in handling legal issues and independently manage complex appeal procedures. Besides the legal work, you are interested in challenging leadership tasks, process optimisations, and help shape the transition to digital working in the Legal department.
- Together with the Co-Team Leader, you take on the professional and personnel management of the Compensation Fund / DI team with around 20 people.
- You ensure with the team the handling of objections and complaints in the legal areas of the Compensation Fund and Disability Insurance.
- You promote the professional and personal development of employees and support a trusting, appreciative, and performance-oriented team culture.
- You support the Legal department management in the professional and cultural design of the new Legal department.
- You actively commit to implementing the WHAT strategy, communicate strategic goals to your team, and support their successful implementation in daily work.
- You hold a legal university degree, preferably including a lawyer’s licence.
- You have several years of leadership experience with lawyers.
- You bring professional experience in social insurance law – ideally with a focus on DI issues.
- You convince with your leadership and social skills, act solution- and result-oriented, and represent your positions clearly and confidently.
- You have experience in change processes and in the sustainable development of teams.
- You actively drive digital working forward and support your team in further developing modern digital working methods.
