EMEA S&P Client Account Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)

Shape the Future of Strategic Sourcing and join JLL as an EMEA S&P Client Account Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) and take the lead on strategic procurement for a major Workplace Management account. This is your opportunity to drive sourcing excellence, build lasting supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable value across the EMEA region.

What This Job Involves

• Strategic Ownership & Leadership You'll develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to client needs across all Workplace Management service lines. Leading a dedicated S&P team, you'll ensure top-tier performance while representing JLL in high-level client meetings and forums. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving all S&P targets and delivering significant cost savings.
• End-to-End Procurement Management From RFP management and bid analysis to contract negotiations and compliance oversight, you'll oversee the complete procurement lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Account Directors, Facilities Managers, and client governance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Managing supplier relationships with JLL's preferred partners, you'll track performance against framework agreements and maintain accurate, up-to-date supplier documentation.
• Performance Reporting & Analytic Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews that showcase status updates, savings achievements, analytics, and risk management. Using procurement platforms like Jaggaer, you'll track regional savings delivery and provide KPI-based reporting that drives informed decision-making.
• Supplier Excellence & Innovation Qualify and onboard suppliers in line with JLL's rigorous compliance and risk management standards. You'll build strategic relationships with multinational suppliers across EMEA, conducting site visits and supplier reviews as needed. Supporting transformation activities, audits, and account transitions will be key to your success.
• ESG & Continuous Improvement Develop and manage the ESG strategy for your account in partnership with our S&P ESG lead. You'll ensure all policies and procedures align with country-specific operations, support training initiatives, and champion best practices across the team. Your input on stakeholder surveys will help us continuously improve our service delivery.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, ideally within Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
• Proven success working with suppliers across the EMEA region and developing strategic relationships with multinational partners
• Strong knowledge of sourcing protocols, particularly for services contracts
• Experience managing strategic procurement teams and complex client accounts
• Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational awareness and commercial acumen
• Outstanding negotiation and influencing abilities with a track record of delivering savings targets
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships
• Creative problem-solver who brings innovation to procurement challenges
• Fluent English and German (written and verbal), additional Western European language highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms (Jaggaer experience advantageous)
• Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environments
