What is my role?

• Carrying out assembly and cleaning work on various printed circuit boards

• Manufacturing of transducers and sensor components according to specified specifications

• Placement and assembly of SMD components, cable parts and converter elements

• Performing functional tests and final inspections as well as identifying and rectifying faults on various printed circuit boards (LCD displays, DC power boards)

• Production of various types of converters including assembly, soldering work, metrological testing using a multimeter and potting work

• Cleaning and final assembly of different converter versions (Clamp-On and other variants)

What do I need to be successful?

• Responsibility for the quality-compliant testing of water meters including carrying out calibration and adjustment work

• Professional setting and checking of water meters as well as their proper sealing at the assigned test stands

• Ensuring the agreed production throughput times in continuous coordination with the team management

• Independent ordering of materials via the Kanban system taking into account the specified lead times

• Active support in coping with scheduling bottlenecks and resolving quality deviations

What are my advantages?

• Several years of practical experience in industrial production or manufacturing environments

• High dexterity in fine motor skills as well as precise and responsible working methods

• Experienced handling of common PC programmes and digital work systems

• Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form

• Time flexibility and willingness to work in shift systems (2-shift or rotating shift model)
