Deputy Team Leader: Silo System Control Room Panofina
Responsibilities
- Deputise for the team leader of the bakery silo system control room and support the professional leadership and coordination of the team
- Ensure the smooth operation of the control system as well as monitor and control the bakery/confectionery production processes
- Responsible for production orders, recipes, process parameters and SAP/MII interfaces
- Coordinate and support in case of malfunctions, process deviations and technical issues in collaboration with production, engineering and other interfaces
- Actively participate in projects, process optimisations and training, especially in the integration of new systems and equipment
Requirements
- Completed training in the food/production sector or technical training, ideally with experience in industrial food production
- Good knowledge of production and process control systems, SAP/MII knowledge is an advantage
- Strong technical and process-oriented understanding as well as a structured and independent working style
- Leadership skills and strong communication abilities as well as the ability to guide, support and develop employees
- High sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness as well as willingness to work within the existing shift model
