Your tasks
- •Establishing, monitoring and confirming orders according to the briefing received from the sales advisor or directly from the client
- •Administrative support for the assigned Sales Advisor
- •Strategic advice related to advertising campaigns
- •Telephone duty and general correspondence with clients and agencies
- •Management of the client database in the CRM
Your profile
- •Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- •Professional experience in client relations desired
- •Excellent command of French and the ability to communicate in writing and orally, ease in contact with internal colleagues and external clients
- •Proficiency with MS Office tools, CRM experience is an advantage
- •Ability to work independently and in a team. Ease of adapting and integrating into a new work environment
- •Strong reasoning and analytical skills, flexibility and open-mindedness
- •Ability to set priorities and manage situations under stress
- •Proactive and able to manage complex situations methodically and efficiently
