Team Leader CAM Programmer with CATIA (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead and develop a team of 7 employees in the milling division and take on independent CAM programming with CATIA. In doing so, you continuously optimise existing CNC programmes as well as manufacturing processes and provide your team with technical support for complex machining tasks. You programme highly precise components for demanding customers, including those from the Formula 1 environment.

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a polymechanic EFZ (MANDATORY)

• Several years of experience in CNC machining as well as CAM programming

• Very good knowledge of CATIA CAM - especially important for highly complex components from the Formula 1 environment

• Experience in milling on 3- to 5-axis machining centres

• Technical understanding of highly precise manufacturing processes

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• Ability to maintain an overview even with complex manufacturing tasks

• Ability to support employees professionally and set clear priorities
