- Technical support in the maintenance and repair of mechanical components, including in-depth troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and analysis of system reliability and, if necessary, initiation of corrective measures.
- Technical support in the evaluation and integration of changes, upgrade projects, and functional tests.
- Ensuring the updating of technical documentation such as maintenance manuals, special maintenance procedures, work protocols, and training plans.
- Technical support in the maintenance and repair of test stands, including upgrade projects.
- Preparation of technical reports and annual reports

- Completed vocational training with further HF/FH or B.Sc. education in mechanical engineering
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
- Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of German and English (B2) as well as French (B1)
- Swiss citizenship required for this position for security reasons
- Experience in the aviation sector is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Flexibility and adaptability to different work situations
- Strong analytical skills as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
