Pension Fund Specialist 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires support in the area of occupational pension provision and is looking for you as a Pension Fund Specialist. You will become part of a motivated team and take on a central role in supporting insured persons and external partners.

Your area of responsibility includes comprehensive advice and support in all matters relating to the second pillar. You answer questions on insurance-related topics, explain product details, and ensure that the insured feel competently supported. The operational handling of various processes also falls within your area of responsibility:

• Management of entries and exits

• Processing and handling of benefit cases

• Administration of advance withdrawals for home ownership as well as divorce matters

You actively contribute to the further development of the department by questioning existing processes, optimising documents and communication templates, and participating in projects for digital transformation. In addition, you take on supportive tasks for management and represent them when necessary.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, A-levels, or an equivalent qualification and have already gained practical professional experience.
