The Ale Prevention Centre (CPAle) of the MalleyPrairie Foundation is tasked with providing support to adult individuals, men or women, who have perpetrated violence within a couple. It offers individual and group consultations to find alternatives to violence.
For our team of psychosocial workers, we are looking for:
A PSYCHOSOCIAL WORKER 70% PERMANENT CONTRACT
Profile sought:
- Holder of a Master’s degree in psychology or an equivalent qualification recognised under the collective labour agreement of the Vaud parapublic social sector
- Training in systemic approach
- Experience and knowledge of interview techniques and co-facilitation in groups
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in social work
- Interest in the field of violence
- Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for team collaboration
- Good writing skills and administrative rigour
- Knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network
Your duties:
- Ensure reception, listening, assessment and orientation of voluntary or mandated persons who have resorted to acts of violence within their couple relationship
- Support beneficiaries through individual and therapeutic group follow-ups
- Develop and maintain networking with relevant partners to ensure coordinated care
- Manage online responses for the partner association Violencequefaire.ch website
- Participate in supervision sessions and conferences
- Regularly perform administrative tasks related to beneficiary follow-up
