Mylife Diabetes Care is an internationally active medtech company headquartered in Switzerland, with over 40 years of expertise in insulin pump therapy. Mylife develops integrated solutions combining medical devices and digital therapy tools to make diabetes care simpler, safer, and more suitable for everyday life. Since autumn 2025, mylife Diabetes Care has been an inde- pendent company, growing dynamically, making fast decisions, and combining the substance of an established player with the mindset of a start-up.

To further strengthen the Product & Solution area, the People & Organization function is being expanded. MPB Recruitment Group AG is looking for a personality who thinks strategically, executes operationally, and supports leaders as a trusted sparring partner.

People & Organization Business Partner (90-100%)

Responsibilities & Tasks

ln this role, you translate the business strategy of the Product & Solution area into an effective People & Organization agenda. You act as a trusted sparring partner to leaders at eye level, ensure excellent HR services, and actively drive selected strategic HR initiatives. On the HR side, operational services are already well established. The focus now is on creating a high-performance environment, developing talent in a targeted way, and accelerating change (moving from discussion to decision and execution). This position offers a rare combination of strategic influence and operational proximity to the business: you actively help shape the core of mylife and have a direct impact on leadership, culture, and growth. You report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and are functionally linked to the Chief Product & Solution Officer.

Requirements

* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
* Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
* Strong business acumen and convincing advisory skills
* Experience in international and/or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
* Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident at all levels
* Fluent in German and English
