Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly financial evaluations and execution of closing tasks
- Management of subsidiary ledgers (suppliers, debtors, liquidity, inventories, etc.)
- Contact person for the training, support and supervision of the apprentice or intern
- Checking and reconciling accounts, analysing postings and assisting with balance reconciliation
- Assisting in the preparation of data and documents required for monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of reports and accounting analyses for department and service managers
Desired profile
- Commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Solid professional experience in accounting, ideally in a hospital or healthcare institution
- Very good knowledge of accounting and closing processes
- Training as a vocational trainer in training companies is mandatory
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of IT applications
- Team spirit, independent working style, organisational talent and ability to set priorities correctly
- Fluency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
