Your Tasks
- You will competently advise property owners, architects, and engineers on the design of property drainage and wastewater charges.
- You will review plans during the approval process, conduct retention and construction site drainage inspections, and support the team in the building permit process.
- You will share responsibility for the billing of rainwater charges and handle special cases (e.g., assessing objections).
- As part of a participatively led team of 12 colleagues, you will actively contribute to the further development of the department.
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as well as further education as a HF Technician in Construction Planning, certified Construction Foreman, or Civil Engineering Foreman with a federal diploma.
- You preferably hold the VSA certificate "Specialist in Property Drainage".
- You bring experience in civil engineering.
- You demonstrate assertiveness and empathy when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You possess negotiation skills and command fluent German, both spoken and written.
