We are looking for a

Chocolatier

Main tasks:

• Operate our demonstration lines in our Discovery Tour, produce our chocolates live, explain the different stages to our visitors,
• Give courses in our Workshop, including setup and tidying,
• Provide additional information about chocolate, the company, and listen to participants by answering their questions,
• Participate in the development of new courses for the Workshop,
• Make products sold exclusively in our Shop,
• Occasionally support other departments.

Required profile:

• Diploma as a chocolatier, confectioner-pastry chef, cook, or any training related to culinary professions deemed equivalent,
• Experience with the public and in managing groups of adults and/or children,
• Several years of professional experience in the chocolate sector and ideally a good knowledge of the sweet food industry,
• Excellent knowledge of French and German/Swiss German (bilingual), good knowledge of English, and any other language is a plus.
